01

The day, at a glance.

Show times, load-in, soundcheck, venue details and directions. Give everyone one place to check before they ask.

02

Feed the crew. Lose the chaos.

Keep after-show food orders, bus stock requests and daily polls alongside the day’s information.

03

Answers that travel with you.

Bunk assignments, bus Wi-Fi, contacts and the little details that make life on the road easier to find.

04

An update everyone can find.

Edit tour content from the admin area. Your crew sees the latest information when they connect, without downloading a new app for every change.

BEFORE YOU HIT THE ROAD

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What does an admin seat mean?

An admin manages the tour workspace and its information. Crew members can use the app without taking an admin seat. Each plan covers one tour workspace.

Can I pay for the year?

Yes, at launch you’ll be able to choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves 10%: Starter is $540/year, Team is $1,080/year, and Touring is $2,160/year. The full annual amount is charged in one payment.

Who is Stage Side for?

Tour managers, artists, bands and the people who make a tour happen. Stage Side is being built for touring teams of all kinds.

Is Stage Side an app or a website?

Both have a job. This website introduces Stage Side and will handle subscriptions. The app is where your team checks the day and keeps up with the tour. The iPhone app is currently in testing; public download details will be shared at launch.

What happens after I subscribe?

At launch, a subscription will give you an admin account for your own private tour workspace. You’ll set up your tour and invite your team. Paid signup is not open yet.

Can other tours see our information?

Your tour is intended to be a private workspace with its own members and permissions. Public signup will open once separate customer workspaces and subscription access are ready.

Does the crew need an app update every time I edit something?

No. Routine changes to tour content are loaded from Stage Side when the app connects. Changes to the installed app itself can still require an app update.

What happens when we lose service?

The app includes an offline day sheet for information already saved on the device. Connect first to get the latest information; new edits and online actions need a connection.

How will my team sign in?

With their email address and password. Crew verify their email when setting or resetting a password. Tour management controls workspace access.
